Up at 8am….but went back to bed again on the orders of Paul
(well, he is the nearest thing to a boss I have). Damn this getting back into
the swing of things is going to be harder than I thought. Still, today I need
to make sure I get things right on the food front and I can get the rise and
shine bit right afterwards.
Oh dear, my exercise for today has been partly thwarted by
the fact that the Wii balance board battery pack is flat. So that is on charge
for tomorrow and I will just pick up where I left of with squats and crunches
for now.
A friend of mine from up here has been working on her weight
and fitness and has managed to lose 16lbs in 8 weeks…which puts me to shame, I
so admire her staying power. Still as long as I get there in the end I will be
happy…but to do that I need to stop making excuses and get on with it, which is
where I seem to have a major problem *sigh*
Brunch – 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 2 x tomatoes and 3 x mushrooms
Snack 1 – Packet of cheese and onion crisps and a cookie
Snack 2 – 2 slices of toast with butter and jam
Supper – Potato waffles, chicken dippers and baked beans
So I haven’t been great food wise either as it goes…but it
was still a lot better than the naughty things I ate yesterday.
At least I did today’s quota of exercises…
70 x squats
40 x crunches
Tomorrow is another day…
