Monday 18th November - Oh my...where did the time go!

Up at 9.30am. The plan was to get up earlier, but the dog woke me up several times during the night and I just couldn't bear to drag myself out of bed when the alarm went off the first time (or the second or third)...still better late than never eh.

I checked my e-mails when I got up, then put my breakfast on to cook and did Day One of the squat and crunch challenges...so 50 squats and 20 crunches (as always they might not have been done with perfect form...but I certainly felt them).

10.30(ish) am - Breakfast - Two bacon, one egg and four cherry tomatoes

I am aiming to keep off the wheat/gluten as much as possible for the next few weeks and to cut down on the snacking and naughty nibbles which have drifted back into my diet since my lapse in blogging.

4.00pm - Late lunch - Natural yoghurt, blueberries, a banana and oats (all mixed up).

Oh dear, this afternoon...after the oh so good for me yoghurt etc, I succumbed to not one, but two Rice Krispie Squares that were left over and sitting in the cupboard. Very tasty, and luckily only one left now!

7.30pm - Supper - Battered fish (oven baked), rustic chips and mushy peas.

Then Paul brought home a large bag of crisps and we shared them...opps!
And then I also had a cream meringue (not much cream inside), but the meringues did have some chocolate on them.
