Up at 9.40am
Exercise - Day Two of the Crunch and Squat challenges - 25 crunches and 55 squats
10.30am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 3 x cherry tomatoes plus one small tomato (one of the last from our polytunnel)
3.30pm - Natural yoghurt with blueberries, raspberries and oats
7.15pm - A barbecue chicken breast in bun with fries and a Pepsi Max (Paul wanted KFC so picked it up for me on the way home). I wasn't going to have bread...but forgot this when he phoned up to ask what I wanted...doh!
Afterwards I had the second cream meringue...very little cream in this one too, which I guess is just as well.
I am not planning on eating anything else tonight...fingers crossed I manage it (thankfully there isn't much left in the house to tempt me...but fruit if I really need a snack).
