Wednesday 20th November

(I forgot to write this up yesterday so it is being written from memory on Thursday morning)

Up at 9.45am
Exercise -  Day Two of the Crunch and Squat challenges - 30 crunches and 60 squats

10.30am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes
One satsuma

4pm - Medium jacket potato, Philadelphia cheese and baked beans.
 One satsuma

Went off to car club in miserable wet weather, when I got home I warmed up with...

10.30pm - A tin of tomato soup with two slices of butter wholemeal toast on the side.
1 slice of rhubarb and custard cheesecake.

Not the best day food wise, but heading in the right direction I think.
