Friday 27th Febuary - Weigh day results were that I went up ½lb
So the following week I adjusted my view on the calories I was earning (so that means I am only taking account of actual exercise I am doing rather than steps etc that just happen in the normal course of the day) and I am no longer using the fitbit proving a bit deceptive (planning on putting it on Ebay!).
Friday 6th March - Weigh day results were that I went down 3.5lb...a great result! :-)
Very pleased with the results this week, so tried to keep on track in order to get a good result at the next weigh in. However that didn't quite work to plan and I didn't stick as well as I should have to tracking...meaning that the next weigh in wasn't as I hoped for.
Friday 13th March (unlucky for some) - When I weighed in I found that I hadn't lost any weight. However my tummy was somewhat upset meaning that an hour or so later (after having decided I couldn't go and do my cleaning job as I didn't want to be far from my toilet, I think that is more than enough information) I decided to weigh again and I had lost 1lb. Yes, it may be cheating...but as far as I am concerned I am taking that as a loss.
I may be laughing about it now, but I spent the rest of Friday and the weekend feeling pretty unwell and spending the time either in bed or in the bathroom. Suffice to say that I am feeling much better now and as a silver lining I have lost a bit of weight over the weekend...I am hoping that by eating carefully (rather than eating everything in sight, which is often the way when you have not eaten due to illness for a few days) in the coming week I will hold on to some of that loss for a good result at the weekend.
Anyway, that is about all that has happened since I last wrote. I will try to come back again sooner next time and if I don't write much in between hope to at least give you a weekly weigh in update. So bye for now, see you soon. x
