Hey Up, I'm back!

Hey there folks, sorry for the delay in starting the blog again (I always seem to be saying sorry, perhaps I should just ban it from my vocabulary for the time being and just post as and when?)
The weekend was good and we did a nice lot of walking...around 20,000 steps on the Saturday which is double the recommended amount you should aim to do. I only ended up getting one session of swimming in but it was 40 minutes of lengths so I felt a bit virtuous after that...lol
The food intake didn't go quite to plan, but we both stayed within the limits of our allowance so that was good, although I did end up putting on 1lb whilst we were away...but that is possibly down to not drinking enough water over the two days away.

I won't recount all I ate over the weekend, not because I ate stuff I shouldn't but because it would take time that I don't have at the moment (busy getting ready for the car club ATM tonight, been baking cakes to take along and still need to wrap the chairman's pressie up and decide what I am wearing amongst other things).
I was supposed to be starting helping with the lambs across the round on Tuesday, but apparently they are late starting this year and only four have been born meaning the farmer doesn't need my help yet. So that may well start on Monday depending on the weekend lambing totals.

Anyway, here is what I have eaten today...all still being tracked via that Tesco site.

Up at 8.00pm

10.45pm - Bacon, eggs, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms

4.00pm - Two slices of gluten free bread with a little butter and 30g of grated mature cheddar between them. Two small satsumas

To come later...
6.15pm - I am aiming to have my usual natural yoghurt, banana, oats and some raspberries before I head off to car club tonight

If I am hungry when I come home I will probably have a bowl of gluten free cornflakes and some semi skimmed milk.

Ok, that is it for me for now. I'll be back when I have a chance...no promises regarding when, that way I don't have to say sorry ;-)
