I had been having some back issues which meant that I had to cut out strenuous exercise in favour of gentle stretching ones, this coupled with my eating patterns going rather astray means that I haven't had any good news to tell you recently.
I reached my lowest weight this year (and for many years in fact) back on the 31st of July, since then I have been slowly putting weight back on. My downfall started with my trip down South (which always throws exercise and eating patterns out, then on my return I started getting the back pain.
The highest I reached was 10.25lbs over that lowest figure. Thankfully I am getting back on track now (though very slowly) and I am now just 6.5 over that lowest result.
I really hope that I can continue the trend. My aim is to reach again and surpass (at least by a couple of lbs) that golden figure from back in July. It is unlikely I will reach the original goal I set myself for the year end, but if I can achieve my new goal I will have lost 1st 11.5lbs...who knows I might even be able to make a round (or not so round) 2st.
I am going to try, but there are several events going on especially in the rest of this month that might hinder me somewhat...still I will try and ensure I keep you up to date with how things are going even if I won't guarantee the very regular posts that I have in the past been able to maintain. x
