Friday 20th June

Oh my, where did that week go?? Sorry that I haven't been around but I have just been really busy and writing the blog was just one more thing to do so I confess to taking the easy route and just not doing it. I haven't been that great food wise, as usual when I am very busy I tend to forget about food until I am starving and then end up eating things I shouldn't. Still next week I don't have much work scheduled so I am hoping I can get back into more of a routine...I may even do a five day detox to kick start me back into the healthy mind set.
Anyway on with today...

Up at 7.15am to weigh
Unfortunately I have put on 2lbs this week, which means I am now 6lbs over where I wanted to be according to my projected weight loss chart.

I am going to take the weekend off from recording everything but hopefully I will start again on Monday. Keep your fingers crossed if you want to see me updating again soon.
