Spent the morning planting sunflowers for the family as we are having a sunflower growing competition to see who can grow the biggest...they all chose where they want their flower planted and I did it for them. I wonder who will win?
I also made up a netting cover for cabbages and cauliflowers to keep the cabbage white butterflies from getting to them. Forgot to take a photo though but will try to remember tomorrow for you.
1.45pm - Gammon steak, 2 eggs (one was my first egg from yesterday which was rather small hence the second one) and chips.
A piece of Daim bar chocolate cake.
Planted lots of cucumber plants in the poly tunnel this afternoon/evening.
I still have melons and more types of tomato to plant.
8.15pm - Two slices of leftover pizza from yesterday, half a packet of crisps and two fruited scones with cream and jam.
