9.30am - 2 bacon, 1 egg, 6 cherry toms and 3 mushrooms
Baked all the cakes for the car club meeting tomorrow...Lemon & Blueberry, Maple & Pecan, Chocolate & Vanilla and Chocolate & Guinness
Folded a large pile of laundry.
I must have done other stuff...but to be honest I am writing this the day after and I can't remember what else I did (must be getting old...lol). But I wrote the food down in my diary...so here it is.
7.00pm - 1 pork steak, baked veggies (peppers, onions and tomatoes) and mushrooms in little garlic butter.
Half a packet of Scampi and lemon crisps
A pistachio Magnum
