Catch Up from Friday 31st - Tenth Weigh Day



Up at 7.20am

Weigh day, and the result today is that I am down another 1½lbs. This means that I am exactly half way to the goal that I set myself over two years ago. Looking back at my weight loss charts I see that although I have lost weight each year... I have also put on weight each Christmas (and other special occasions) this sadly means that although I have lost 4 stone…I also have put on 1 stone 8lb.
But what you might be wanting to know is what is my total actual weight loss so far, and the answer is… 2 stone 6lb over all, and 1 stone 9½lbs of that has been since I started this new way of eating 67 days ago. I am very happy with this result and will do my best to ensure I don’t slide back, fast days after over indulgent days will help with this I am sure :-)

8.45am – Banana

1.00pm – One small jam tart (home made)

9.00pm – Battered fish, chips and mushy peas…plus a gherkin.

10.25pm – Shared a large bag of Honey Barbeque Kettle Chips with Paul.

It was the anniversary of me moving up to Yorkshire to live with Paul on Saturday and we had a nice lazy weekend together some eating of naughty foods, hence why I decided to take the weekend off from the blog.
I will be writing it tomorrow but then I am heading down South on Tuesday for a week so won't be writing it whilst down there.
