The idea was to get up and do my exercises, but I was just about get up when the phone rang and it was Anne from across the road. She was phoning to ask if I could come and watch the house for her as some workmen had arrived early (they weren't meant to be there until Thursday) and she had to go out. So I was up, dressed and ready to go in 15 minutes.
9.15am - Breakfast - I had this at Anne's, natural yoghurt with chopped banana and oats.
2.15pm - Lunch- 2 x bacon, 1 egg, 4 x small tomatoes and 2 mushrooms. I also had one slice of wholemeal toast with butter, and a slice of pineapple for afters.
Ok, so this getting back on track seems to be more difficult than before. I don't know if it is partly because the weather is changing and I am starting to feel the cold or just lack of will power...but I failed to be snack free this afternoon.
I ate a packet of cheese and onion hula hoops (Paul brought home a multi pack yesterday) and a small bowl of honey nut shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk.
Supper - Oven baked chicken breast, a very small baked potato, peas and sweetcorn.
Apple crumble and a little custard for afters.
