Didn't do exercises as I know I will be busy for the rest of the week, and I ached a bit from yesterday.
Breakfast (can't remember the time) - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 3 x mushrooms and 3 x tomatoes.
The day seemed to race by, and I don't seem to have achieved much really.
Made a logo for the stables (as I intend to make a few samples to show them at some point this week), did two loads of washing and hung one lot out on the line, did the washing up and made two lots of cupcakes to take to the stables tomorrow (chocolate plus vanilla & strawberry).
I didn't do the accounts as I intended, or make the sun catchers and necklaces that I had decided to do.
Not a great day with food either, started out ok with breakfast...but failed to sit down to a proper lunch and instead ended up eating 4 slices of buttered and jammed toast over the afternoon, plus a nectarine, two stick ice lollies (Vimto and Del Monte fruit one) plus the two biscuits we brought home from the hotel. I don't know what got into me (apart from the above) but it is most likely because I just didn't plan and sit down to eat properly. Must do better.
7.30pm - Roast chicken breast, 1 small baked new potato, peas and sweetcorn.
Two of Paul's jaffa cakes for after, just to help him so he wouldn't eat them all himself.
Selfless, that's me ;-)
Good grief it is gone 11am and I need to get up even earlier as I just realised I was actually hour an hour late for work experience yesterday (should have been 8am according to the website!)...I guess I was lucky the boss wasn't there (though I will probably confess...what can they do...fire me? lol).
