Monday 21st April

Up at 10.00am

Did 36 minutes exercise as follows...
on Wii Fit
3 x basic steps - 9 minutes
2 x advanced steps - 10 minutes
Hula Hoop - 2 minutes
10 minutes free steps - medium speed (940 steps) 
then
5 minutes back exercises and stretches

1.30pm - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes and 2 x mushrooms
A mini Snickers bar ice cream for afters.

Made to floor of the chicken coop, lots of hammering and screwing (no injuries today)
It is rather heavy and I will have to make the walls separately and put it all together where it will be staying as the finished building will be too heavy to move.
Ate some of my chocolate egg when I got back in (only had about a quarter yesterday).

Had a nice soak in the bath, then we had dinner which was a Chinese takeaway...not the good wholesome dinner I had planned on making, but it was tasty.
Sweet and sour chicken balls and chips, I didn't eat all of either which I guess goes to show that perhaps my appetite is getting smaller.
Creme Brulee for afters...in fact two small pots of it as it was nearly out of date so needed to be used up.

I am going with Paul on a business trip from tomorrow night and we are not back until Saturday lunchtime at the earliest...no where very exotic, Tynemouth and Glasgow, but it will be nice to be away together. We are taking the laptop so I should be able to keep up with the blog and hope to do lots of walking (weather permitting) and try to eat fairly healthily. Fingers crossed ;-)
