Up at 7.45pm
30 minutes exercise as follows...
2 x basic steps - 6 minutes
1 x advanced steps - 5 minutes
10 minutes free steps - medium speed (921 steps)
9 minutes back exercises and stretches
12.15pm - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes and 2 x mushrooms
3.30pm - Natural yoghurt, half a banana, prunes and oats
7.30pm - Chicken stew (using the leftover roast chicken, onions, mushrooms, garlic purée, tomato purée and gravy) and mashed potato with a little butter.
I believe I also ate two jelly beans during the day ;-)
