Up at 9.15am
Did 30 minutes of exercise.
3 x basic steps - 9 minutes
10 minutes free steps - medium speed - 914 steps
1 yoga exercise - 1 minutes
10 minutes of back exercises and stretches
11.15am - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes and 2 mushrooms
Spent a lot of the day 'stocktaking' what materials we have around the sheds etc for making the chicken house. Then sat and worked on a sketch of how I want it to look.
Varnished some chipboard sections which will be used for the floor of the chicken house.
4.15pm - 2 x G/W free brown toast with Brussels pate on.
Natural yoghurt, half a banana, prunes and oats for afters.
Went out and varnished the reverse of the chip board sections.
Ate 1 x jelly bean.
7.30pm - Tuna (onion and a little mayo), home made coleslaw and vegetables (peas, sweetcorn and green beans).
Very small Satsuma for afters.
