Natural yoghurt, a chopped banana and oats for breakfast.
That is pretty much were the being good ends on the food front so I will say no more about food today...tomorrow I intend on having a major re-start, but today I feast! ;-)
Packed up the last three ebay things that I sold and took them to the post office.
Came back ready to eat a sandwich and then go and get on with my chicken coop (or coupe as Paul and I are calling it)...but my lovely friend called me so we had a good natter.
Heading off out now to get on with things, but thought I would post some pics of the veg and fruit growth. These were taken just over a week ago, but I never got round to showing you them...so here they are ;-)
