I went out and spent the morning potting up seeds for all the veggies that are going to be living in the poly tunnel (Melon, Cucumber, Sweetcorn, Peppers an Cherry tomato) plus some Courgette and Cauliflower seeds too (Courgettes will be outside in pots and Cauliflowers planted in the veggie garden). I took photos but as it is late when I am writing this I will get round to loading them up tomorrow...so look out for a nice lot of pics then (not just seed trays, other plant related pics too...lol).
1.30pm - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 6 x small cherry tomatoes
Spent the afternoon baking...only snaffled a couple of mini choc eggs and chocolate buttons, plus two tiny offcuts of sponge.
5.15pm - Natural yoghurt with raspberries, blueberries and oats
6.45pm - Paul came home with KFC (I had asked him to bring something home as I forgot to get something out of the freezer for dinner today).
I had a BBQ chicken breast burger, small fries and a Pepsi Max.
Worked on the cakes until 9pm (an Easter cake was wanted...pic tomorrow) and have only just sat down to write this after tidying up the kitchen so I wouldn't have it all to do tomorrow (which is what often happens).
Weigh day tomorrow...I am hoping to at least be the same as last week, fingers crossed that the weekend away...Chinese meal and KFC haven't doomed me to a gain.
