Weighed and the great news is that this week I have lost 3½lb!
I am really pleased with this weeks progress, so now I just have to keep up the good work and add in some exercise. I have been doing my back exercises for just over a week now and it is starting to hurt less...which is great in itself and good also because I can start doing some exercise without it being painful.
8.30am - A banana
A glass of water
9.00am - Off to my cleaning job, 3 hours dusting, polishing and hoovering. I worked and bit faster than previous weeks and I think gave myself a pretty good work out.
Didn't eat anything else until...
3.30pm - 2 x bacon, 2 x boiled eggs and 7 cherry tomatoes.

I ate a Raw bar (just dried fruit and nuts squished into a bar) as I had bought some in case I fancied something sweet. Unfortunately this led to a small square of fudge (from the baking cupboard) and a small square of 85% chocolate. Not tooooo naughty in the grand scheme of things, but not something I want to get into the habit of doing.
Just about to eat dinner...
8.15pm - A chicken and bacon burger (no bun) with some home made potato wedges and coleslaw.
A large glass of water and a small glass of Pepsi Max as a treat afterwards.
