10.30am - 2 bacon, 2 boiled eggs and 5 small cherry tomatoes
1 large glass of water
2.45pm - One pot of natural yoghurt, a chopped banana and oats
1 large glass of water
5.30pm - About 8 slices of cucumber with soft cheese and a little chutney on.
7.30pm - A sausage and chips that Paul bought back from the chip shop, with a fried egg on the side which I cooked at home.
Ok, so the last meal of the day wasn't the healthiest...but on balance this wasn't a bad days food intake.
