Up at 8.30am
9.40am - 2 x bacon, 2 x boiled eggs and 5 x small cherry tomatoes
A large glass of water
1.45pm - 2 x small pots of natural yoghurt, a chopped banana and oats

I felt peckish whilst getting ready to make dinner, so where as normally I would go for some toast and butter and or jam, this time I had some slices of cucumber with some Philadelphia and a little red onion chutney. Perhaps not an ideal snack as the Philly was full fat and of course there is sugar in chutney...but I am not unhappy about my choice.
6.45pm - 1 and a half lamb steaks with stir fry (bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots, mange tout and baby sweetcorn cooked in some rapeseed oil, garlic and Chinese five spice).
A large glass of water.
So at the end of day two I am quite happy with how things are going...:-)
But it is early days, so I must concentrate of keeping on track.
