Opps...I am getting worse aren't I...

So here we are on Thursday...and I have a few days to catch up on. My only excuse is that I have been extremely busy with lots of work including putting nearly 100 items on ebay, having a car show meeting here and trying to catch up on a couple of orders that have come in recently.

So here goes, a potted catch up from the last few days...

Monday
Up at 8.30am
10.45am - 2 x bacon, 2 x boiled eggs and 6 x cherry tomatoes
2.45pm - Natural yoghurt, chopped banana and oats
8.30pm - Lamb mince cooked with courgette, mushrooms, onion and rice (sort of an experimental slighty curry flavoured risotto type thing, because I used basmati rice which was spiced, sounds very odd but tasted rather nice)

Tuesday
Up at 8.15am
10.30am - 2 x bacon, 2 x boiled eggs and 6 x cherry tomatoes
3.30pm - Natural yoghurt, chopped banana and oats
6.15pm - Two and a half sausages (all meat, no gluten) with oven cooked (in the tray with the sausages) green pepper, onions and mushrooms, with a tiny (it really was very small) jacket potato.

Car show meeting at our house tonight (hence the earlier dinner) they all had cakes that I had made, but I was good and resisted. I just had a small glass of Pepsi Max

Wednesday
Up at 8.15am
11.00am - 2 x bacon, 2 x boiled eggs and 6 x cherry tomatoes
4.30pm -  Natural yoghurt, chopped banana and oats
9.00pm - Chicken balls and chips with a small amount of sweet and sour sauce
This was a bit naughty, but Paul's brother and sister-in-law are over from Switzerland and it is kind of a tradition to have Chinese their first night here. I did give away three of my chicken balls and only ate half of the chips, so it wasn't too bad.

And so to...
Thursday
10.45am - 2 x bacon, 2 x boiled eggs and 6 x cherry tomatoes
3.30pm -  Natural yoghurt, chopped banana and oats
7.30pm - A small pizza and some home-made coleslaw
(Ian and Stef came over to our side to watch wrestling and we got another takeaway).

So this week has been good in some parts and a little naughty here and there...but overall not too bad.
Fingers crossed for a loss tomorrow, however small...but if I don't lose then I will know why not.
Paul is taking me into town tomorrow on his way to work (7.45am!) as I am having a day Christmas shopping...on my own so I should manage to get it all done, I hope...lol
I might not have time to update in the morning but promise to try my hardest to ensure I update you in the evening.
