Up at 9am (bit of a lie in – Bruce kindly lets the chickens
out at the weekend for me).
10.30am – Natural yoghurt with chopped banana, 5 x prunes
and oats in.
12.45pm – Pub Lunch - Small portion (£5.95 for two
courses…bargain!)
Steak & Ale pie, chips, peas and gravy…
then Treacle sponge and custard for afters
Marcia gave us a few left over chocolates, I had two and Paul had one (because he didn't like the others)
Half a can of Heinz tomato soup with two slices of buttered
gluten free toast
A Satsuma for afters
I am writing this at 10.30pm and I am really fancying something naughty to eat. Luckily we don't have anything too naughty, but to stop myself having some toast or something I am going to eat a banana instead.
10.32pm - A banana!
