Weighed myself and was pleased to see that I had lost 3½lb (even better than I told you Sarah when I checked my chart!) during the week since the first weigh in of the new year...very happy with that and it means I have beaten my target week for this week by 1lb...hope I can keep this up for a good result next Friday and then not mess it up when Paul and I are away for the weekend!
8.30am - An apple
Went off to do the cleaning at 9.00am
2.00pm - 2 boiled eggs and 2 slices of wheat/gluten free seeded bread with a little butter.
A pot of natural yoghurt with some prunes and oats.
7.45pm - A small chicken breast in white wine and leek sauce, diced potato cooked in the oven with rosemary and garlic butter and boiled carrots.
Some Autumn berry crumble and single cream for afters
So dinner tonight was a bit naughty, but I think breakfast and lunch balanced it out...plus I had three hours of housework based exercise, so I don't think today has been too bad...:-)
