Day Four of the new year regime



Up at 8.30am

10.30am – Southern Fried chicken wrap with salad (I realise this isn’t exactly a normal breakfast choice, but Paul brought it home yesterday for me because it was reduced, and it needed to be eaten up).

1.30pm – Natural yoghurt with chopped banana, prunes and oats mixed in.

7.00pm - Omelette (with onion and cheese in) and some tuna mayonaise, with a few small pickled beetroot on the side.

8.00pm - A Solero

Not totally good today but better than if I had given in to the urge to get a takeaway pizza tonight ;-)
