Didn't post yesterday...was going to then forgot and turned of the computer and to be honest couldn't be bothered to turn the darn thing on again.
So here it is...
So here it is...
Up at 8.30am
12.00pm - Natural yoghurt with chopped banana, 5 x prunes
and oats mixed in.
3.00pm – I was feeling shaky, so had a sugar cube and half a
crust of brown bread with some butter and jam on whilst cooking myself a late
lunch…
3.30pm – Bacon, onion, sweetcorn, mushroom and tomato fried
up in a little oil then 3 eggs mixed in (kind of a cross between scrambled eggs
and an omelette…a de-constructed omelette if you will).
5.00pm – A satsuma
7.15pm – An oven baked chicken breast with tomatoes, onion,
mushrooms, tomatoes a few home made potato wedges and a large spoonful of
healthy option baked beans.
9.00pm – About 8 squares of chocolate (last of the left
overs from Christmas)
