New Regime 2015 - Day One

Did my back exercises before getting up – they are stretches and flexes so quite gentle…for flexibility not weight loss.

Up at 8.15am

Weighed and I am 10lbs up on my last weigh in (which was on 5th December last year)…so that is an average increase of 2lbs per week for the five weeks between weighing. It is a bad result, but it is fixable and my aim is to have got back to pre-Christmas weight in five weeks (or sooner would be good…lol), then I can start working towards my long term goals again.


10.30am – Natural yoghurt with chopped banana, 5 x prunes and oats mixed in.
3.00pm – Half a can of tomato soup, two slices of gluten free brown bread with a little butter. A Satsuma to finish.
5.00pm – 1 x slice of gluten free brown bread with a little butter and jam
7.15pm – Lamb stew (with carrot, onion, mushrooms, redcurrant jelly and garlic) with    root veg mash (carrot, swede, parsnip and a little potato).
Raspberry cream turnover for afters

Not a bad day, not perfect…but certainly not too bad.

Hmm, ok....so at 10.40pm after we finished playing World of Warcraft, I just wanted something nice to finish off the day so I made a hot chocolate with a little dark chocolate and cream, topped up with semi skimmed milk.
