Day Three of the new start for 2015



Up at 10.30am (another weekend lie in!)

12.00pm – Natural yoghurt with chopped banana, 5 prunes and oats mixed in

3.30pm – Three pork and apple sausages, cauliflower cheese and carrots

4 x Orange Tic Tacs at some point during the afternoon that Paul gave me.

8.00pm – Two slices of eggy bread (bread soaked in egg then fried), two slices of oven cooked bacon, some sliced mushrooms (also oven cooked) and a couple of pickled beetroot.
One of my very own oranges from me tree in the greenhouse to follow. 

Not a bad day at all today foodwise.
