Firstly I owe those of you who keep an eye on this blog a big apology for being absent for a week.
I wasn't because I was being 'naughty' food wise, it was partly because I was really busy last week...and partly because I have been tracking my food and exercise on the Tesco Health and Well Being website and confess that I was concentrating on that and kind of forgot about this blog.
Sorry :-(
Anyway, let's get back to today.
Up at 7.30am
9.30am - 2 bacon, 2 eggs, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms
2.00pm - Natural yoghurt, a chopped banana, 40g blueberries and 40g oats
5.30pm - An apple
7.00pm - A chicken and bacon burger (no bun), savoury rice with sweetcorn, peas and carrots in, mushrooms and an onion (both cooked in the oven).
