Up at 8.00am
Let chickens out, fed, watered and cleaned out their coop.
11.45am - 2 bacon, 2 eggs and 7 cherry tomatoes
Spent the afternoon gathering wood, then chipped it, followed by walked the dog
4.00pm - Natural yoghurt, a banana, oats and raspberries
7.30pm - Had stew made with the left over roast beef from yesterday (plus the carrots and onions it had roasted on top of blended with the juices and some red wine to make the gravy), with carrots and new potatoes (par boiled then roasted in the oven with a little rapeseed oil and garlic + herb seasoning).
A Muller greek yoghurt black cherry corner for afters.
Tuesday
Up at 8.15am
9.45am - Porridge (40g oats) made with semi skimmed milk and 40g of blueberries mixed in
1.00pm - 2 eggs, 1 bacon and 7 cherry tomatoes
3.30pm - Yoghurt, a chopped banana and 40g oats
6.15pm - Roast skinless chicken breast, new potatoes (par boiled then roasted in the oven with a little rapeseed oil and garlic + herb seasoning) and coleslaw
Had the car show committee meeting at our house, I had made cakes for it and most of them went...tried to give them to Bruce and Marcia but they only wanted one.
So Paul and I ended up with a chocolate cupcake each plus 40g each of left over crisps.
Naughty really as I wasn't really hungry but I didn't want them to go to waste...and I am not immune to temptation it seems (like that is news to you...lol).
