12.00pm - 1 x bacon, 2 x boiled eggs and 6 x cherry tomatoes
3.15pm - Large smoothie (I used two small natural yoghurt's instead of the normal one as they are going out of date tomorrow and I didn't want them to go to waste) so yoghurt, banana, raspberries, oats and a little water.
I left it a little late to start dinner, which meant I was getting very peckish, so I had a few dry bits of the strawberry cereal that I have had the past two days.
Spent the afternoon sorting out various bits in the living including emptied out and tidied my cupboard where I keep all my various paper, card etc for printing and other Cute 'N' Creepy endeavours.
8.00pm - Mutton mince, onions, mushrooms and green beans cooked in tomato sauce with a bit of red wine and garlic, served on top of a medium sized jacket potato.
One plain hobnob for afters.
So not too bad a day really foodwise, not much in the way of exercise though...so I should really work on that next week.
Weigh day tomorrow and I am hoping that I will be on the way to being back on track.
