Up at 7.30am
9.30am - 2 x Tesco unsmoked back bacon (78g), 6 x Cherry tomatoes (73g), 2 x Eggs (115g) and Mushrooms (50g)
As you can see I am including the weight of the food I am eating now, this is because I am accurately keeping a track of it all on the Health and Well being website so I thought I might as well include the extra info.
Friday
So today is weigh in day and I have gone down 2¼lb, which I am happy with...:-)
At the moment the amount of every day walking around is giving me enough earned calories that I am even finding it a bit tricky some days to eat enough (within 100cals of my allowance either way) if I am sticking to the healthy options. I guess this may mean that at times before I was tracking my calories I may not have been eating enough. At least now I know I am eating the right amount and as the weight comes off my allowance will go down (it dropped 100 cals today with my loss) and that will just mean I need to do specific exercise if I want to have the odd treat.
9.30am - 2 boiled Eggs, 75g of Cherry tomato, 65g of
Mushrooms, 65g of Tesco unsmoked back bacon
11.30am - Jam Doughnut and a cup of Earl Grey tea with 2 tbsp semi skimmed milk and 1/4 teaspoon sugar
3.00pm - 120g of Yeo Valley Natural Yoghurt, 1 medium Banana, 40g of Tesco Pitted Dark Sweet Cherries and 40g of Scott's old fashioned porridge oats
Tonight we are heading to Filey for the weekend, staying in one of the apartments at The Bay holiday park. I have worked out what we will be eating whilst we are away so I am hoping we stay on track (not what normally happens when we go away!).
There is an indoor swimming pool there and I am hoping to get at least one swim every day, starting with a dip when we get there.
This evening I will be eating...
8.30pm (ish) - 166g Finest Vintage Cheddar Mash166g Finest Pork & Chorizo Meatballs, 52g mushrooms.
Half a pack of Tesco finest Berrymisu
I will be tracking my food over the weekend and keeping a note of the exercise I do (mainly walking and swimming). We don't have internet access where we are going, but I will update you when I get home...:-)
