Sorry that I didn't get round to writing the blog yesterday...but here it is, better late than never.
Up at 7.30am
Weighed and as the title of this post suggests there was 1lb difference from last week...sadly this week it was 1lb up though. I am not really surprised though as I had a couple of days when I was feeling rubbish and just went for it food wise.
8.30am - Natural yoghurt, prunes and oats
9.00am - Off to my cleaning job, so three hours of dusting, polishing and hoovering as normal.
3.00pm - 2 eggs, 4 tomatoes, tuna and cheese.
We went to give blood at 6.20pm, I beat Paul for once, usually my blood is sluggish and his gushes out...but I went first and just about managed to get finished first. Not that it is a competition, but I did get to the juice and biscuits first...lol
2 x club biscuits (one orange, one mint)
Paul asked the chap giving out the drinks if KFC was good as a post blood donating meal, he said yes (with a twinkle in his eye...lol) so we headed there afterwards.
8.00pm - A pulled chicken and fillet burger, fries and Pepsi Max from KFC
Followed by a small chocolate éclair and cream slice, bought from the CO-OP on the way home on impulse.
So as you can see not the greatest day food wise and weight on...I can't see things improving much either until after our holiday to Whitby for the film fest (always end up eating erratically there, trying to fit in food where we can between films and bands playing) and of course when we get back I have three very busy days preparing cakes and everything else for the stall at the Kustom Car show (back in Whitby).
I am not going to go too hard on myself until I get both those events out of the way, if I try to I know I will fail so why set myself up for failure?
With that in mind I am not going to record what I ate today, I totally fell off the healthy eating wagon. But I refuse to let myself feel guilty about it, I have enjoyed what I've eaten and feeling guilty will not remove those calories it will only make me feel bad about myself...and what use is that?
