Only a food list today I'm afraid as nothing exciting happened and I am not feeling amusing today (are you ever I hear you cry...lol).
12.30pm - 2 x eggs, scrambled and 5 cherry tomatoes
4.30pm - Natural yoghurt, half a banana, prunes and oats
Pinched a few of Paul's Pringles (about 10 I think)
7.45pm - Omelette (chicken, mushroom, onion, pepper and cheese) and home made coleslaw
I think I might go and have my last Pistachio Magnum now...not sticking to this diet lark very well am I. Oh well, I will start again tomorrow.
