I had set my alarm for 6.30am, as I had mentioned before the washer/dryer was being delivered today and they had said it could be any time between 7am and 7pm...but luckily for me it wasn't 7am as I fell asleep again after turning the alarm off and woke again when Paul's went off. So it was a quick jump out of bed and get dressed, then let the chickens out and cleared the way in the hall so the delivery chaps would be able to exchange the machines with the least amount of trouble possible.
As it was they turned up at around 10.30am and it took them less than ten minutes to be out with the old and in with the new...set up and onto its test run before I knew it...:-)
11.00am - A banana and a small fairy cake with some raspberries in.
Oh, I forgot to tell you how the weigh in went this morning...I bet you thought I hadn't done it didn't you. ;-)
So the weigh in result today was that I lost 1lb, not a great deal...but in the right direction.
Around 2.30pm I had some stew (left over from yesterday's dinner) and two slices of buttered brown wheat/gluten free bread.
A little later I had a couple of tomatoes whilst walking through the poly tunnel.
8.00pm - One small pork steak, a medium sized jacket potato with a little cheddar cheese and some baked beans.
Right, now I am going to sign off from here...snuggle up with Paul and Gizmo in my PJ's and we (Paul and I) are going to share a large slice of chocolate cake! :-)
(Well, it is weigh day...I have all week to work it off...lol)
