8.30am - Banana
12.30pm - Two eggs - scrambled, 4 small mushrooms, 4 cherry tomatoes and a small boiled beetroot
3.45pm - Natural yoghurt, chopped banana, raspberries and oats
8.45pm (ish) - Beef stew (braising beef, carrots, swede, parsnip, onions) and large flat mushroom with a little cheddar cheese and garlic.
Muller whipped Greek yoghurt and strawberry.
Weigh day tomorrow, fingers crossed for a little loss.
