12.45pm - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes, 4 x small mushrooms and 2 slices of 50/50 toast with some butter.
5.00pm - Natural yoghurt, prunes and oats
Later we will be having...
8.00pm - Pie (not sure which meat, it depends which Paul fancies when he pops out to the shop as it is him that wants pie tonight), hash browns and baked beans.
Strawberries and some cream for afters if I am still hungry.
So not all health food today, but as I have mostly stayed off carbs during the week I am allowing myself some at the weekends. Hopefully this will stop me having the urge to completely go off the rails again.
