10.00am - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes and some beetroot
Went off to the physiotherapist today and it was good, he asked me all about when and where my discomfort was etc. He gave me some exercises to do and told me to make sure I have a break every 20 minutes when I am at the computer! I have another appointment with him next week to see how the exercises have helped out.
He also told me that I can get back to my exercises (though probably not the plank for now), so I will get back to doing steps, crunches and squats (though not challenges) as well as the exercises he has given me.
Came back home to find Barry had arrived and was putting the repaired door back on George. Then we had a long chat which was nice.
4.00pm - Natural yoghurt, prunes, bananas and oats
8.00pm - 1 x pork steak, mashed cauliflower and mixed vegetables (green beans, peas, carrots and sweetcorn).
Weigh day tomorrow, fingers crossed for some weight loss.
