Spent the morning tidying and getting the kitchen ready for baking this afternoon.
11.30am - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 3 x cherry tomatoes and one large mushroom.
3.30pm - 1 x small can of weight watchers tomato soup and 2 x slices of gluten/wheat free toast with a little butter.
7.30pm - Paul will be home in a few minutes with some food, he had a bad day and wanted to have something special for dinner so he is bringing home KFC. I am going to have a grilled BBQ Rancher burger with corn on the cob instead of fries, and a pepsi max to drink.
Weigh day tomorrow...not certain I will have lost anything, but with any luck I will at least stay the same.
