Up at 7.30am
8.15am - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes, 1 x large mushroom
11.00am - A handful of grapes
12.30pm - A toasted (gluten and wheat free bread) ham sandwich with beetroot.
Natural yoghurt, half a mashed banana, a few strawberries and raspberries and oats.
4.30pm - 2 slices of buttered toast (gluten and wheat free) with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar.
Later tonight...
7.30pm - 2 x caramelised red onion beefburgers, chips and home made coleslaw.
I will try not to have anything else after dinner tonight, and let you know if I fail to resist on tomorrow's blog.
Not stayed right on schedule food wise today, the cinnamon toast was a bit naughty...but it could have been worse. I also had two lemon sherbet sweets today.
