Weighed today and I am 4lbs down!! Ok, 1lb of that is probably were I almost lost 1lb last week but it didn't show a change in the figures on the Wii, but still. I am very happy with that, and as I said yesterday it will help to mean I can enjoy my weekend of indulgent meals (not much if any snacking in between though) and not be too disappointed when I weigh next week.
9.15am - Tesco delivered our groceries including all my yummy treats for the weekend.
I took the dog out for a walk, watered my plants and did the washing up.
10.00am - Natural yoghurt, prunes and oats
10.30am - Gave the dog a much needed bath (too much rolling in unspeakable things have make him quite stinky).
Then I went out and sowed the beetroot seeds in my veggie garden.
Got changed ready to go out with Anne (the lovely lady who I clean and bake for). She took me out to a lovely farm shop cafe for lunch as an early birthday treat. :-)
12.30pm - I had a small baked Camembert with chutney a few thin (and small) slices of bread and salad for my starter.
For my main I had toasted panini with brie and bacon in, and some chips.
I couldn't eat it all so left some chips and asked them to wrap half the panini to bring home (Paul ate it later).
I bought some cherry shortbread and a packet of rhubarb and custard sweets from the shop to bring home.
Ate a few of the rhubarb and custard sweets in the afternoon before heading out to do some more work on the chicken coop. Today I cut out the ventilation holes in the front and back panels with a jigsaw...power tools are cool...lol Of course I should have cut them out before painting the panels, but hey ho, that is what you get for not making a plan of work before starting. Still, not to worry I always get there in the end ;-)
8.00pm - A piece of battered fish, chips and mushy peas (from the freezer and cooked by the wonderful Paul as I was outside watering the veggies at the time).
A strawberry and Prosecco trifle for afters...very naughty but nice!
Not sure how much of the weekend food intake I will be recording...I am going to see how I feel at the time, but if it makes me feel bad to write it down then I just won't.
Whatever happens I intend to get back on track on Tuesday...until then I am just going to enjoy...:-)
