Up at 9.00am
11.30am - Natural yoghurt, prunes, banana and oats
Spent the day tidying and cleaning the kitchen, potting up some bean plants, weeding part of the veggie patch, watering the polytunnel plants, and played with Harry for a while.
5.30pm - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes and 3 x mushrooms
Two G/W free slices of toast with some butter and lemon curd on.
Not my most exciting blog post but this is basically what happened today, food intake is rather better than previous days. I have 11 days until my birthday and it would be a great 'gift' to myself if I managed to lose a few pounds before then...so the plan is to try extra hard to keep on track.
