Ok, so I missed yesterday's post and you know what....I am not going to write much of one today. It seems I am failing dismally to get back into the healthy mode of eating. Yesterday I succumbed to treats left over from Paul's birthday weekend...today Paul went off on a work trip and won't be back until tomorrow afternoon. I got a lift with Bruce and Marcia to the supermarket and got a nice ready meal for tonight...plus a few other bits. So alas today hasn't gone to plan at all foodwise...infact as I write this I am finishing off the last of my birthday Banoffee pie (it had been in the freezer...it is now mostly in my tummy).
So yes, things are not going to plan and despite my humorous tone I am not proud of the fact, however I feel that to beat myself up about it and feel guilty would be counteractive and send me on something of a downward spiral. Anyway, my answer to it is to leave today's blog at this and to try again tomorrow.
So in case you are feeling a bit hard done by I am posting a photo of the latest bit of work on the veggies. The sweetcorn are now planted out in the polytunnel with a row of cabbages in front.
