I managed to get loads done in the garden today even though it was raining on and off.
I have planted out my dwarf green beans, cauliflowers and cabbages. I also weeded, re-potted various plants for the poly tunnel (tomatoes, sweetcorn and cucumbers) and planted lots more seeds (various tomato varieties, sweet peppers and melons - two types).
Kind of forgot to eat until...
2.00pm - 2 bacon, 1 egg, 4 cherry tomatoes and 3 mushrooms
8.00pm - Hunter's chicken (chicken breast, bacon, cheese and BBQ sauce), skin on garlic potato wedges and homemade coleslaw.
Later I will be sharing a large bag of crisps and a bar of crème brulee Wonka chocolate, a bit naughty but considering I have been busy and on my feet most of the day I think it is acceptable...;-)
