11.00am - 2 bacon, 1 egg, 6 cherry tomatoes and 3 mushrooms
4.30pm - One and a half large cookies (left over from my eatathon yesterday), a few grapes and one satsuma. Cup of tea, with a little milk but no sugar.
7.00pm - One pork steak, broccoli and baked veggies (peppers, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes)
A peach for afters.
