Spent most of today making the hatch on the coop door and painting all the sides.
12.30pm - 2 bacon, 1 egg, 4 cherry tomatoes and 1 mushroom
4.00pm - Natural yoghurt, prunes and oats
7.30pm - 1 pork steak, broccoli, peas and sweetcorn.
Some grapes for afters.
I have been quite good food wise this week so I am confident of a good result tomorrow, which is good considering things might go a bit haywire at the weekend, birthday treats! :-)
