Up at 7.45am
10.30am - 2 bacon, 2 eggs, half a large mushroom and four cherry tomatoes

Today was a baking day, and I managed to get through it without too many slips on the healthy eating. I did however have a teaspoonful of ganache and about the same of buttercream whilst decorating the cakes.
3.15pm - Natural yoghurt, half a chopped banana, some raspberries and oats.

Headed off to car club early as Paul offered to buy me dinner there before hand.
I had jacket potato, cheese and coleslaw with some salad on the side.

Got back about 15 minutes ago and ate the other half of my banana from earlier. I had some twinges of cramp in my legs last night and I have found banana quite good for those, so considering I have spent most of the day on my feet I thought it might be a good idea to have some tonight.
Right, I am off to bed now as I feel knackered. See you tomorrow! :-)
