12.30pm - 2 x boiled eggs, 2 x wheat/GF brown bread and 4 x cherry tomatoes
Glass of water and multi vitamin.
4.00pm - Natural yoghurt, half a banana, raspberries and oats.
Chocolate cupcake for after
8.15pm - 2 x lamb chops, a large flat mushroom, green pepper (both done in the oven), peas and sweetcorn.
Hot chocolate for afters made with 85% dark chocolate, some cream and semi skimmed milk (with half a teaspoon of sugar as my taste buds aren't quite adjusted for dark chocolate yet).
Sorry there isn't much banter in this post, there isn't anything wrong but I just didn't do anything of real interest today. It was a lovely sunny day here though...I guess those will be getting less as we head towards Winter. Hope you had a nice day were you are.
