So it is the first weigh day after the holiday and I have lost 6lb since weighing in after coming back from Jersey, however I had put on 5lb whilst away so I am actually only 1lb down overall.
10.00am -Natural yoghurt, half a banana, blueberries and oats.
1.15pm - 2 x heated sausage rolls with a thin slice of cheese on each, beetroot, 1 x boiled egg, 4 x tomatoes.
During the afternoon, whilst baking a few cakes for a friend we are visiting tomorrow I had a couple of little tasters of butter cream and a small fairy cake with raspberries in.
Dinner - Lasagne with four tomatoes on the side
Lemon cheesecake for afters.
Then later in the evening Paul and I shared a large bag of Doritos and a few sweets which we found in the cupboard.
I seem to have a bit of a cold at the moment or allergy symptoms (bunged up sniffy nose and sneezing) so feeling a bit under the weather which always makes me feel like eating something comforting...hence why Paul bought the Doritos and cheesecake home.
Hopefully these won't upset the progress too much, after all I have a whole week to get back on track before the next weigh day.
