Wednesday 3rd September

So last night after the meeting finished it was quite late, but I felt peckish and ended up eating some crisps (and something else, I can't actually remember what but I am guessing it wasn't health food).
Anyway, confessions over on with today.

Up at 7.30am
Went and let the chickens out and sorted them for feed and water.
Then went back to bed. Yes, I was not feeling great and so decided to get some more sleep...my cold is still hanging around a bit so I thought why not just give myself some extra rest after my busy day yesterday.
Woke up again at 12.15pm...wow, I guess I really did need more sleep!

12.30pm - I ate a small melon that I had grown in the poly tunnel (it was about the size of a small orange so I wasn't being a piggy eating it all...lol)

1.45pm - Natural yoghurt, banana, oats and raspberries.

2.15pm - Opps, I succumbed to a coffee cupcake (not that I am overly keen on coffee, but they were the ones least eaten at the meeting last night).

4.00pm - A packet of Quavers

5.30pm - Half a creme egg cupcake (shared with Paul as I didn't think it would freeze as well as the other cupcakes, which are no safely frozen ready to bring out for visitors should we have any).

8.15pm - A baked potato (with some cheese and a few beans on), one pork & bacon burger in a bread roll and oven cooked veggies (tomato, pepper, mushrooms, sweetcorn and onion).
A can of Pepsi (today I have drunk all water until now...but not as much as I should have).

Feeling full now and don't think I will be tempted by anything else tonight...but I will confess tomorrow if I do end up having something.

Activity wise it wasn't that busy a day, a bit of light house work (washing up, folding washing and some tidying). Took the dog out for a couple of gentle walks in the garden and played fetch with him and Paul tonight.

Well, that's about it for tonight...I know it isn't that exciting, but I hope you are pleased that you at least have something to read (you know who you are ;-) ). See you tomorrow!
